Deer Hollow is a three bedroom, two bath coastal home on a quiet cul de sac in one of the more laid-back & least commercialized Oregon communities blessed with a spectacular beach. In fact, Travel & Leisure named Gearhart "one of America's best little beach towns."

The house, with its large kitchen and larger great room, is furnished in a style that mixes wry sophistication with warmly welcoming comfort. It feels much more Portland than Provincetown, more Seattle than San Diego.  It's a coastal home-away for grownups and families rather than a bang-about beach cottage for college kids.

About the House - 

The furniture and appointments throughout are an eclectic mix of old and new, antique and modern, fine art and fun art-  chosen to delight the eye and encourage lounging and lazing. It's a sanctuary of sorts that's great to come back to after a busy day in the surrounding area... or to enjoy instead of bothering with a busy day.

 And it's in a great neighborhood, only a block from the eastern edge of the Gearhart Golf Links and an easy walk to the beach or the golf links club house.
