Things you need to know...
1. Rates - (Quoted rates include all taxes.)
Year Round
Two night minimum stay; 3 nights on holidays or special event weekends. 6 person maximum occupancy including kids. 15% or higher discount on stays of 7 or more days. $30 non-refundable cleaning deposit per dog (no more than 2 dogs per stay).

$200 per night for two persons (please note that when the house is reserved for only two people, the queen and twin bedrooms may not be accessible); $30 each additional person. Rates do not include a cleaning deposit of $100-$500 based on occupancy, fully refundable if property is left reasonably clean and does not require special cleaning.
1 June 2012 - 31 October 2012

3. Related
Contract
We require a contract for rentals and will email or fax you a copy as soon as your reservation is placed. It's a very simple and straightforward contract but we need it in hand, with an appropriate deposit, before your reservation is confirmed.
Occupancy
Occupancy is strictly limited to 6 persons with no more than two dogs. We realize that our guests may wish to entertain on occasion but there should not be more than a dozen people on the premises at any given time.
These limits are in place for several reasons, including respecting our neighbors, but the most critical one is that the property is on a septic system that can be overtaxed, resulting in the inability to flush toilets, use the dishwasher, or run faucets and showers without backing up and/or overflowing.
